Senior Pastor

Pastor Keven has served in ministry, shepherding churches from Texas to Ohio, for 23 years. Currently providing prayerful leadership, passionate vision, and committed service to the congregation of Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene and the community of Beavercreek, OH, Pastor Keven has been God's tool in expanding BCN both physically and spiritually. Since joining the pastoral staff at BCN in 1997, the church has seen a 114% increase in attendance. Pastor Keven has faithfully overseen the facility expansion on the 44-acre property as the church reaches out to and welcomes the lost and spiritually restless in the surrounding community.

Pastor Keven graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. With a heart for others, a head for business, and a passion for God, Pastor Keven felt the call to full-time ministry and, as a result, completed his Master of Ministry degree at Southern Nazarene University before accepting his first ministerial position in Lombard, IL. For several years, God effectively used this pastor in the areas of youth and music. He faithfully served in Lombard, IL, Odessa, TX, Jasper, AL, and Conway, AR. In 1983, Pastor Wentworth began his senior pastorate service in Conroe, TX. For the next 14 years, Pastor Keven served in the state of Texas before being called to Beavercreek, OH, in 1997.

Pastor Keven and his wife, Pam, have 3 children: Lerrin, an on-stie campus pastor at a Warren Woods Church of the Nazarene satellite location in Michigan, where he lives with his wife, Jen, and daughter, Isabella; Jamin, Youth Pastor at Trevecca Campus Church of the Nazarene in Nashville, TN, where he lives with his wife Lindsay (school teacher); and Clarissa, a licensed social worker who serves, encourages, and helps troubled teens.
