Young Adult Pastor / Bridge Cafe

JR. is originally from Missouri, having completed a bachelors (Southwest Baptist University, 2003) and masters (University of Missouri, 2006) in Religious Studies with an emphasis in New Testament.  He served as Director of Youth at Parkade Baptist Church in Columbia, MO for six years before coming to serve as the Young Adult Pastor at BCN with his new bride Amanda.

Amanda hails from St. Louis, MO and completed a degree in Spanish (University of Missouri, 2003), studying and serving in Mexico, Spain and El Salvador.  Before coming to BCN to work with Wright State students, she served for two years as an Associate Campus Minister at the Mizzou Baptist Student Union.

JR. and Manda married one week before they moved to Dayton, and they are both excited to serve the BCN family, and to work with Wright State students.  They love to cook and play all kinds of crazy board and card games, so if you need a night out, get ahold of them!  They're also big fans of coffee, music (recorded or live), books, tattoos and playing outside, and they love to travel and meet people from every part of the globe.
