Local Mission Opportunities:: SERVE

Target Dayton Meal Ministry

TDM reaches out to the homeless of Dayton with a hot meal following the sharing of God's Word. Join our team at 9am on the 3rd Friday of every month as we prepare the meal in the BCN kitchen or hop in the church van at 4pm and travel with our team to serve the meal (return by 7:30pm). This is an amazing ministry and enables us to serve as Jesus served. Volunteers are always needed and welcome. Contact Kristen at JKAPPowell@woh.rr.com.

English as a Second Language (ESL)

A group of African refugees has moved into our community and we are blessed with the opportunity to serve them. Volunteer to help Pastor Ashley teach ESL classes every Thursday from 6 - 7pm. Or you may choose to transport students to weekly classes. Your service will help ensure that these men, women and children learn the vital skills necessary to succeed in school, get jobs and earn a living. Bridge Cafe

Bridge Cafe is our coffee house ministry on the campus of Wright State University. We are truly impacting a generation for Christ. Students have several opportunities to experience authentic relationships through weekly small groups and Bible studies. Contact JR. Forasteros to find out more.
